USER EXPERIENCE

Introduction
yolBe is a career and employment platform for individuals with disabilities that connects them with job opportunities, educational resources, events, and professionals in their field. Its mission is to increase access to career and employment opportunities to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Background
yolBe faced a user experience challenge with a complex and unintuitive job search process, leading to difficulty in finding the right job opportunities and unsatisfactory search results.

Goals
Our goal was to improve the overall job search experience for Yolbe's users. Specifically, we aimed to make the platform more intuitive, user-friendly and efficient for job searching. 

We had several key objectives:
- Streamline the job search process
- Improve the search functionality to provide more accurate results
- Provide more detailed and relevant information on the job search results

Design Process
• Conducted user research and analyzed job search process on yolBe

The redesign of Yolbe's job search experience has greatly improved the platform with a new search algorithm, detailed job information, improved search results page layout, sorting, and filtering options that make the platform more intuitive and user-friendly. This redesign helps Yolbe achieve its mission to connect users with job and internship opportunities, educational resources, events, and professionals in their field.
